You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Fliksy is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to create accounts using automated means or under false pretenses. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Fliksy, such as reviews, ratings, and list titles. By posting content, you grant Fliksy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Fliksy offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software comprising the Fliksy platform are owned by or licensed to Fliksy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission.

TV series metadata and imagery used on Fliksy is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) under their respective license and usage terms.

Fliksy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fliksy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Fliksy after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
